How it works
Work out how many tiles you need for a bathroom, kitchen, or balcony. Enter wall/floor dimensions in meters and tile size in centimeters. Real installs always lose a few tiles to cuts and edges, so order about 10–15% more than the raw count.
FAQ
Q. Why is the tile count a decimal?
A. Tiles are bought as whole units, so round up to the ceiling value shown as your primary result.
Q. Does this account for grout lines?
A. This is based on pure tile size. Grout width (usually 2–3mm) may shave off a tiny bit of the real count, but following this figure keeps you safely covered.
